Qualification: GNM / BSc Nursing with valid nursing council registration.
Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates may apply. Psychiatric nursing experience is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe, compassionate, and patient-centred nursing care to residents.
Administer prescribed medications and monitor patients' physical and mental health.
Identify and promptly report changes in patient condition and clinical emergencies.
Maintain accurate nursing records, medication charts, and shift handover documentation.
Support patient safety, infection control, and therapeutic activities.
Coordinate with psychiatrists and the multidisciplinary clinical team.
Uphold patient dignity, confidentiality, and professional ethics.
Requirements
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, empathy, and emotional maturity.
Willingness to work rotating day and night shifts.
Ability to work effectively in a residential psychiatric care setting.
