- Strategy and execution partner to Head – Strategic Manufacturing Projects; supports design, development, and deployment of business roadmaps for SPAs, enterprise transformation programs, and innovation initiatives across GTO.
- Translates strategy into executable roadmaps, drives cross-functional and cross-site alignment, and develops executive-ready business presentations for senior governance forums.
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in Strategy, Business Transformation, Innovation, or Enterprise PMO roles, preferably within manufacturing, pharma, or other complex operating environments.
- Strong business strategy foundation, with formal education from IIMs or other premier business schools (MBA / PGDM), specializing in Strategy, Operations, Transformation, or General Management.
- Proven experience in:
- Developing business roadmaps, strategic playbooks, and multi‑year transformation plans
- Supporting SPAs, annual operating plans, and leadership strategy reviews
- Driving or enabling enterprise transformation and innovation programs
- Hands‑on exposure to executive‑level communications, including EXCO / Board presentations, strategy decks, and transformation or investment proposals.
- Experience working closely with senior leadership, translating complex inputs into decision‑ready business insights.
- Proven ability to operate in cross‑functional, cross‑site environments, influencing outcomes without formal authority.
