Job Summary
The Sr. Consultant role focuses on delivering high-quality solutions in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain. With 10 to 12 years of experience the candidate will work in a hybrid model contributing to strategic initiatives and ensuring operational excellence during day shifts. Travel is not required.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business requirements in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain and translate them into actionable solutions.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes and workflows ensuring alignment with industry standards and organizational goals.
Provide expert guidance on system enhancements and integrations to improve efficiency and accuracy in insurance operations.
Conduct detailed assessments of existing systems and recommend improvements to support business objectives.
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team understanding of domain-specific processes and tools.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of solutions that meet client expectations and regulatory requirements.
Utilize advanced analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities for innovation within the Property & Casualty Insurance sector.
Prepare comprehensive documentation including business cases process maps and technical specifications to support project initiatives.
Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment on project goals and deliverables.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
Provide mentorship and knowledge sharing to junior team members fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Leverage domain expertise to contribute to the companys broader mission of delivering impactful solutions that benefit clients and society.

Qualifications

Demonstrate deep expertise in Property & Casualty Insurance processes including underwriting claims management and policy administration.
Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges effectively.
Showcase proficiency in tools and technologies relevant to the insurance domain such as policy management systems and data analytics platforms.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Have a proven track record of delivering successful projects in the insurance sector meeting deadlines and quality standards.
Display adaptability and a proactive approach to managing changing priorities in a dynamic work environment.
Hold a bachelors degree in a relevant field with additional certifications in insurance or business analysis being a plus.
