Job Description

As an Advanced AI Full‑Stack Developer, the role requires strong engineering fundamentals and hands‑on AI experience to build secure, scalable, AI‑enabled web applications and internal platforms. The candidate will deliver end‑to‑end solutions across UI, APIs, data integration, and AI capabilities to improve operational efficiency and decision‑making, while mentoring junior engineers to establish a robust full‑stack AI/ML practice.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and build end‑to‑end web applications (front end + back end) with clean architecture, reusable components, and secure-by-default practices.
• Develop and maintain APIs and services (REST/GraphQL) and integrate with enterprise systems and data sources.
• Build AI‑enabled features such as recommendation, classification, summarization, search, copilots/assistants, or workflow automation using approved AI platforms and libraries.
• Implement MLOps/LLMOps practices: prompt/version control, evaluation, guardrails, model/service integration, monitoring, and telemetry.
• Collaborate with product owners, security, and platform teams to translate business needs into deliverable features and measurable outcomes.
• Produce clear documentation, code reviews, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for quality, security, and reliability.
  
  

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with full‑stack delivery and at least 2+ years managing AI‑focused technology projects.
• Strong programming skills in Python (mandatory) and at least one backend framework (e.g., FastAPI/Flask/Django).
• Front‑end experience with modern frameworks (e.g., React/Angular/Vue) and strong fundamentals in HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Solid experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), API design, and system integration.
• Hands‑on experience delivering AI/ML or GenAI capabilities (e.g., model integration, prompt engineering, embeddings/vector search, or ML pipelines).
• Experience with CI/CD, Git, testing practices, and secure coding standards.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (Nice To Have)

• Experience with cloud services (Azure preferred), containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with Azure AI Foundry / Azure ML / OpenAI‑style APIs, vector databases,Databricks and responsible AI controls.
• Experience building dashboards/visualizations (Power BI/Tableau) or analytics surfaces for leadership insights.
• Exposure to security engineering context (risk workflows, SSDLC/TCM concepts) is a plus.
