- Partner with Growth & Development leaders to establish project plans, resource approaches, and delivery strategies for national learning programs.
- Lead end-to-end execution of live and virtual learning programs, including work plans, milestones, communications, priorities, scope, and delivery processes.
- Manage program delivery, resources, budgets, faculty readiness, escalations, and exceptions in alignment with firm policies, processes, and guidelines.
- Analyze program data and stakeholder feedback to evaluate goals, improve delivery processes, and increase operational efficiency.
- Coach Senior Specialists and Lead Specialists and collaborate with EOX, USI, Growth & Development, Talent Services, Enterprise Solutions, and business stakeholders to support program and project strategy.

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 10+ years of experience in learning delivery, program management, or project management.
- Experience developing and executing project plans, work plans, milestones, communications, and contingency plans for learning programs.
- Experience managing program resources, delivery timelines, budgets, stakeholder communications, and escalations.
- Experience supervising, coaching, or managing staff.
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to travel 25–30%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Project management certification.
