Work you'll do

As a Specialist Manager, Talent Development on the Learning & Development team, you will be responsible for:

• Partnering with business stakeholders to identify capability needs and align learning solutions to business priorities.
• Leading the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of learning programs, onboarding, and development journeys across the Consulting portfolio.
• Managing end-to-end program operations, including stakeholder coordination, facilitator onboarding, vendor management, communications, and delivery support.
• Overseeing budget planning, forecasting, spend tracking, reporting, and accrual management for learning and development initiatives.
• Using learning metrics, analytics, and feedback to assess program effectiveness, publish scorecards, and drive continuous improvement.
  
  

The team

In our US India offices, the Learning & Development team supports capability development, professional networking and career progression for the region's professionals. The team specializes in connecting the dots between internal and external team members to provide a wholistic learning solution to business and come across as one.

Location: Hyderabad/Bengaluru/Mumbai/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata/Gurugram

Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• DTD (ISTD), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (PGDBA), Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM), or equivalent postgraduate degree.
• 10+ years of experience in learning and development or talent development in matrixed organizations supporting international markets.
• Experience with training process management, training needs identification, learning strategy, and learning design for technology-focused programs.
• Experience with vendor management, project management, cross-border stakeholder management, and financial management.
• Experience planning and delivering learning programs across multiple locations.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Microsoft Excel, for analysis, reporting, and metrics tracking.

• Experience defining and measuring business impact for learning initiatives.
• Experience applying adult learning theories or frameworks in program design and delivery.
• Experience analyzing performance or learning data to identify gaps and validate hypotheses.
• Experience supporting technology-focused capability development programs.
• Experience working with learning technologies and enabling adoption of new tools in learning environments.
