Summary

Position Summary

The Deployment Manager leads a team of Deployment professionals in partnership with the Engagement Manager, while also managing a business population. The role is responsible for driving deployment services in alignment with the Talent Strategy mission and the broader deployment strategy.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Manager, Deployment on the Deployment team, you will be responsible for:

• Lead regional deployment teams to execute deployment processes aligned with talent strategy and business priorities.
• Manage workforce deployment activities, including supply management, demand analysis, reporting, and bench management.
• Forecast workforce trends, identify gaps, and drive actions to maintain plan quality, metric hygiene, and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with business leaders, talent advisors, and cross-functional teams to review plans, assess impacts, and adjust deployment decisions as needed.
• Coach deployment professionals, lead stakeholder forums, and drive service excellence, continuous improvement, and accurate deployment reporting.

Deployment plays a key role to ensure the best alignment of practitioners with right skillsets to the right engagements at the right time. The Deployment processes are designed to balance client needs, practitioner needs and practice revenue goals. Deployment team culture is open and encourages collaboration and supports team members to innovate and take initiatives which help them take ownership of their careers and build their own eminence.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM / 6 PM to 3 AM IST

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree
• 10+ years of experience in deployment, workforce management, talent operations, human resources, or shared services operations
• Experience leading teams and managing stakeholder relationships across business, talent, learning, finance, or deployment functions
• Experience with workforce planning, supply-demand management, reporting, and bench management
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams
• Experience using case management, workflow, ticketing, or customer relationship management platforms
• Experience working in a shared services or global delivery model with rotational shift support
  
  

Preferred:

• Master of Business Administration in Human Resources or equivalent postgraduate degree
• Advanced Microsoft Excel experience
