Role and Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily F&A operations (AP, AR, GL, Reconciliation, Month-end close)
• 5–8+ years of F&A experience with 1–3 years in team handling
• Ensure SLA/KPI adherence (TAT, accuracy, productivity)
• Review transactions, reconciliations, and financial reports for accuracy & compliance
• Drive timely month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures
• Lead, coach, and manage a team of analysts/executives
• Conduct performance reviews, training, and skill development
• Manage workload allocation and resource planning
• Act as primary point of contact for clients/business stakeholders
• Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction
• Conduct regular governance calls and present performance metrics
• Identify automation/efficiency opportunities (RPA, Lean, Six Sigma)
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure compliance (SOX, audit readiness)
• Standardizing SOPs and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Track and publish MIS dashboards (KPIs, SLAs, productivity)
• Analyze trends and provide actionable insights for decision-making

Educational Qualification:

Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce/Finance (B.Com, M.Com, MBA, CA-Inter preferred)
