QA/QC Associate Lead – Data Center Construction
Support quality assurance and quality control activities across all construction phases, conducting regular inspections of MEP systems, structural work, and critical data center infrastructure to ensure compliance with specifications and standards. Review contractor submittals, material test reports, and installation procedures while maintaining comprehensive inspection documentation and non-conformance reports. Coordinate with project teams and contractors to address quality issues, implement corrective actions, and verify remediation through follow-up inspections. Monitor adherence to safety protocols, industry codes (such as Uptime Institute standards), and client requirements while tracking quality metrics and preparing periodic QA/QC reports for project leadership.
