Position Summary

We’re looking for a seasoned, motivated and self-driven Project & Operations management professional to own and manage Projects and various operational functions of the team. The apt individual will need to demonstrate strong project, operations and leadership skills to coordinate across multiple groups including talent stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to govern and deliver excellent solutions and services.

Work you'll do

As a Specialist Assistant Manager, Technical Project and Program Management on the TIS (Talent Innovation Solutions) Digital and Analytics team, you will be responsible for:

• Manage projects from planning through delivery, tracking scope, cost, quality, and timelines.
• Partner with Digital & Analytics leaders to manage operational activities and deliver multiple initiatives in parallel.
• Test solutions and deliverables against defined requirements and document results to support expected outcomes.
• Implement quality, risk, and issue-management processes; identify issues, analyze inputs, and determine corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Talent stakeholders, technology teams, and leadership to align priorities, delivery timelines, risks, and project communications.
  
  

The team

The TIS (Talent Innovation Solutions) Digital and Analytics team implements core, firmwide Talent applications leveraged to support key Talent strategies and processes. As Talent identifies opportunities to transform the way we deliver services, technology solutions will need to be implemented or updated to provide enhanced experience to our professionals and to drive operational efficiency and effectiveness improvements across Talent.

Location: Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 8-9 years of experience in project management and operations management.
  
  

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technology or Systems.
• Experience supporting a project management office (PMO) using one or more of the following: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or Microsoft Access.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
