At Zynith Labs, we help brands grow through design. Our process runs Discover → Define → Create → Grow, and we work with global clients while taking Indian brands global.

We’re looking for a Social Media Strategist who can own a brand’s social presence end to end. That means building the plan, setting the strategy and doing the execution yourself.

What you’ll do

- Build social media plans from scratch: audits, goals, audience mapping and channel strategy

- Create monthly content calendars that match brand and business goals

- Turn ideas into posts, reels, carousels and campaigns, working closely with our design team

- Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement and brand voice on every platform

- Track performance, report insights and sharpen the strategy using real data

- Keep up with trends, formats and platform changes, and know which ones are worth acting on

What we’re looking for

- At least 3 years of hands-on social media experience

- A proven record of running complete brand accounts, from strategy through execution

- Strong grasp of Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X and YouTube

- A sharp eye for content quality and a clear understanding of brand storytelling

- Comfort with analytics and scheduling tools

- Bonus: you’re a content creator yourself

Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted based on their CV and portfolio. Shortlisted candidates will be given a practical brand analysis assignment based on an actual brand and will be expected to analyse the brand, develop their recommendations, and present and explain their analysis during the interview.

This exercise helps us understand your strategic thinking, creativity, and ability to translate insights into actionable social media strategies.
