About the role

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to lead the day-to-day social presence of VIRGIO and Beyond The Curve. You’ll shape how each brand shows up online: building relevant conversations, creating content people want to watch and share, and turning social attention into stronger communities and business outcomes.

You’ll manage two distinct voices. VIRGIO is trend-first fashion with a conscious point of view. BTC is fashion for curvy women, with fit, confidence and self-expression at its heart. You should be able to move between the two without making them sound like the same brand.

This is a hands-on role in a fast-moving team. You’ll plan, create, publish and learn from the work as it happens.

What you’ll own

• Build and manage monthly and weekly social content calendars for VIRGIO and BTC.
• Develop ideas for Reels, carousels, Stories, creator content, launches and timely cultural moments.
• Write sharp, platform-native copy that fits each brand’s voice.
• Brief designers, video editors, creators and internal teams; give clear feedback and keep content moving.
• Stay close to fashion, creator and internet culture to spot relevant opportunities for both brands.
• Manage publishing and day-to-day community engagement, including comments, DMs and escalations.
• Work with the influencer and performance teams to extend strong content and support launches, drops and campaigns.
• Track content performance and community growth; share regular learnings and use them to improve the next round of content.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual direction and product communication across social channels.
• Coordinate approvals and schedules across teams while keeping a steady publishing rhythm.

What we’re looking for

• 3-5 years of experience managing social media for consumer, fashion, lifestyle or D2C brands.
• Agency experience
• A strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video; familiarity with other relevant social platforms is a plus.
• A portfolio showing social ideas and content you’ve helped take from brief to publication.
• Strong writing skills and a good instinct for internet culture, trends and what makes people stop scrolling..
• Comfort using social analytics to understand what is working and why.
