About the Role

MeraTutor.AI is looking for a confident on-camera content creator who can understand our AI learning product, create reel ideas, write short scripts, and act/speak in videos. We already have a video editor. This role is focused on content conceptualisation, scripting, on-camera presentation, acting, voiceovers, and Instagram growth.

Responsibilities

• Understand MeraTutor.AI and its features for Grade 5–12 students
• Create reel concepts for parents, students, and teachers
• Write short scripts in Hindi, Hinglish, or English
• Act/speak on camera for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and ads
• Record voiceovers when needed
• Work with the video editor on shot flow, hooks, captions, and CTAs
• Track what content works and improve reel performance
• Help grow Instagram reach, engagement, followers, and brand influence

Required Skills

• Confident on camera
• Good Hindi/Hinglish/English communication
• Ability to explain products simply
• Creative thinking for reels and short videos
• Basic understanding of Instagram trends
• Natural acting and speaking style
• Interest in education, parenting, students, and AI
• Consistent and professional

KPIs/Success Metrics

• Instagram reach and reel views
• Follower growth
• Engagement: likes, comments, shares, saves
• DMs, website visits, and parent inquiries
• Quality and consistency of reel ideas/scripts

Monthly Expectations

• 20–40 reel concepts
• 15–30 on-camera reels
• Product demo/explainer videos
• Regular shoot availability
