Your Role

As an SFMC Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing marketing automation solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud ecosystem. You will collaborate with cross-functional business, marketing, and technical teams to deliver scalable, data‑driven customer journeys that enhance engagement and elevate overall customer experience In this role, you will play a key role in:

• Developing and deploying custom SFMC solutions including email templates, landing pages, automations, and journeys.
• Building scalable and reusable components using AMPscript, SSJS, and SQL within Marketing Cloud.
• Implementing and optimizing Journey Builder workflows and multi‑channel campaigns (email, SMS, push).
• Integrating SFMC with Salesforce CRM and other external systems using APIs, data extensions, and automation studio.
• Ensuring data hygiene, segmentation accuracy, and personalization across campaigns.
• Participating in code reviews, solution design discussions, and production support activities.
• Monitoring platform performance, debugging issues, and ensuring best‑practice security and governance.

Your Profile

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Administrator, Developer).
• Experience with MobilePush, CloudPages, and distributed/enterprise BUs.
• Exposure to CDP/RTCDP, GA4/analytics stacks, and event streaming (e.g., Segment).
• Knowledge of serverless functions, middleware (Mulesoft), or customer data platforms.
• Experience in highly regulated industries (finance, healthcare, telecom) and localization at scale.

• SQL for SFMC (Automation Studio / Query Activities)

  • Audience segmentation, transformations, deduplication, and performance tuning.

  • End-to-end campaign design, event-driven journeys, error handling, and reusability.

• APIs & Integrations (REST/SOAP, MC Connect)

  • Data sync with CRM and external systems, token management, and integration reliability.

• Email/Mobile Engineering & Deliverability

  • Modular HTML/CSS email coding, device/client rendering, IP warm-up, and compliance.
