- Follow up promptly on service requests and provide feedback to customers.
- Associate’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Relevant certification or license is advantageous.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
- Strong active listening and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple service requests without being overwhelmed.
- Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Excellent work ethic and a growth mindset.
