Role Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Visiting 3–4 properties per day or more as required.
  • Coordinating with clients.
  • Taking measurements and photographs
  • Preparing building layout drawings
  • Conducting market studies to determine the true value of properties
  • Preparing detailed valuation reports of immovable properties
  • Full-time, on-site role valuer role, would have to support in report making and MIS role as well.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / B.E./ B. Tech. in Civil Engineering (MANDATORY)
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Proficient in computer applications such as Excel and Word
  • Kolkata -based candidates preferred
  • Immediate joiners highly preferred
  • Own two-wheeler for site visits
