Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Engineer for the 3‑Phase division of IN‑Novateur Electrical & Digital Systems Private Limited (NEDS). The role involves overseeing UPS system installations, diagnosing and repairing breakdowns, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure high reliability and performance of critical power infrastructure.

We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Engineer for the 3‑Phase division of IN‑Novateur Electrical & Digital Systems Private Limited (NEDS). The role involves overseeing UPS system installations, diagnosing and repairing breakdowns, and implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure high reliability and performance of critical power infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and supervise 3‑Phase UPS installations at client sites.
- Diagnose and resolve UPS breakdowns and performance issues promptly.
- Develop and carry out preventive maintenance schedules for all 3‑Phase equipment.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior service engineers.
- Maintain accurate service records, reports, and documentation.
- Coordinate with procurement to ensure availability of spare parts and tools.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, electrical codes, and company policies.
- Interact with customers to explain technical findings and recommend solutions.
- Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with 3‑Phase UPS installation and maintenance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of power electronics, protection devices, and control systems.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex electrical faults under pressure.
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance best practices and reliability engineering.
- Excellent communication skills and customer‑focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
