Job Description

  • Drive channel sales by building and managing relationships with distributors, dealers, and channel partners to achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular field sales activities, including on-site visits to clients, demos,and closing deals in the building materials sector.
  • Organize and lead architect meetings to showcase products, understand project needs, and secure specifications in upcoming construction projects.
  • Hold contractor meetings to promote solutions, negotiate contracts, and ensure repeat business from key influencers in B2B sales.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for the building materials industry,focusing on B2B channels to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.

Job Requirements

Candidate Requirements

  • 3- 20 years of proven experience in B2B sales within the building materials industry
  • Strong track record in channel sales management and partner ecosystem development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in holding architect meetings and securing product specifications in construction projects.
  • Hands-on experience with field sales, contractor meetings, and closing high- value B2B deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; proficiency in Hindi/English and regional languages is a plus.
