About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Sales Executives- Commercial to join our real estate sales team. The role involves handling leads, interacting with customers, conducting site visits, and converting enquiries into bookings.

We have multiple roles open in commercial sales roles.

Job Details:

Location: West Pune ( Tathawade/Aundh)

Employment Type: Full-time, 6 days working.

Work Mode: Work from Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up with leads generated through various channels
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties
• Conduct site visits and property presentations.
• Follow up with prospective customers and drive conversions.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales process.
• Achieve individual monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Coordinate with the CRM and marketing teams for smooth lead management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Stay updated on project details, pricing, offers, and market trends.

Must-Have Requirements

• 2-5 years of relevant work experience in commercial or residential+commercial sales in Pune market.
• In-depth understanding of costing, area calculations, and managing sales for retail shops, showrooms or offices.
• Prior experience in the real estate industry into commercial sales is mandatory.
• Ability to handle customer queries and follow-ups effectively.
