Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and verify BOQs, quantity estimates, and cost estimates for highway projects.
- Review and certify contractor RA bills, final bills, and quantity measurements.
- Monitor project costs, budgets, variations, and claims.
- Manage contract administration, change orders, and payment certifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives on commercial matters.
- Prepare monthly cost reports, progress reports, and project cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with contract conditions, specifications, and project procedures.
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, Billing, Cost Control, and Contract Management for National Highways, Expressways, Road, or Bridge Projects.
- Experience in handling EPC, HAM, or Item Rate Contracts is preferred.
- Quantity Take-Off & Measurement
- BOQ Preparation & Cost Estimation
- Contractor Billing & Payment Certification
- Contract Administration & Claims Management
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel and highway project contracts
