Job Description

Senior Quality Engineer:

• Qualification in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  
• 7+ years’ experience in software quality engineering, including large-scale, complex projects.
  
• Proven leadership in designing and executing end-to-end quality strategies applying shift left, security-first and AI-driven principles
  
• Expertise in test automation frameworks across functional and non-functional quality engineering
  
• Automating through Playwright, Performance testing through k6 , integrating them into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
  
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing and analysis tools (e.g., test generation, risk prediction, smart reporting).
  
• Deep understanding of secure software development, automated functional and non-functional testing practices
  
• Experience in test data management and test environment orchestration.
  
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, DevSecOps, and AI-driven methodologies.
  
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.
  
• ISTQB Advanced or equivalent certification preferred.
  
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architectures is highly desirable.
  
• Demonstrated AI literacy and eagerness to stay current with advancements in AI and machine learning for quality engineering.
  

• Expertise in test automation frameworks across functional and non-functional quality engineering (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, K6, JMeter, ZAP) and integrating them into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions). Genesys CX with Guidewire, OKTA, Verint, Salesforce, SecureCo etc
  
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered testing and analysis tools (e.g., test generation, risk prediction, smart reporting).
