Senior Product Manager - Tech, Amazon Appstore

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical to lead our multi-year vision for the Developer Reporting and Analytics charter. If you're passionate about turning data into developer growth, building API-first and AI-native products at global scale, and helping developers make confident, evidence-based decisions about their apps, we want to hear from you.
Our charter is to make data-driven decisions effortless for App developers by transforming the Appstore Developer Console into their most trusted hub for business and app-performance data. We help developers measure their app KPIs and health, identify growth opportunities through reliable real-time data and end-to-end funnel visibility, intervene with quantified end-user impact based on trends of key drivers, and take measures through actionable insights specific to their app.

Key job responsibilities
Shape Product Strategy: Define and deliver our multi-year vision and product strategy for an API-first, AI-native developer reporting solution. Own critical performance metrics, drive prioritization and make high-judgment trade-offs for Reporting products.
Champion Developer Success: Act as a passionate advocate for 3P developers, leverage voice of developers, telemetry instrumentation and cross-functional inputs from research, marketing, and solution architects to identify and eliminate friction in the developer's measure, diagnose and optimize loop.
Drive Cross-Functional Impact: Collaborate with Appstore teams, internal developers, and key 3P developer stakeholders to deliver complex, cross-team workstreams.
Lead with Global Perspective: Work with our high-energy, geographically distributed teams across India and US. Build product experiences and technical solutions that deliver meaningful business impact in rapidly growing emerging markets while meeting the bar of mature global developer ecosystems. Independently represent the charter in leadership forums; author strategic narratives on multi year roadmap, trade-offs, and investment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 5+ years of technical product or program management experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
• Experience managing technical products or online services

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
• Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
• Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
