Job Responsibilities
Senior Procurement Co-ordinator will be responsible for procuring goods and services for Fugro India, collaborating with the Internal Stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure timely delivery. Coordination with respective Stakeholders to monitor strict adherence to the Procure to Pay (P2P) process and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services in accordance with the Fugro Purchase Process and Policy.

HSE Responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring safety of self and others at site. Prevent damage of equipment and assets Responsible for following all safety signs/procedures/ safe working practices Responsible for using appropriate PPE’s Responsible for participating in mock drills. Entitled to refuse any to undertake any activity considered unsafe. Responsible for filling up of hazard observation card, wherever hazard has been noticed at site. Responsible for safe housekeeping of his work place. To stop any operation that is deemed unsafe To be able to operate fire
extinguisher in case of fire To report an incident as soon as possible to immediate supervisor and HSE manager To complete HSE trainings as instructed to do so.

Job Responsibilities
Senior Procurement Co-ordinator will be responsible for procuring goods and services for Fugro India, collaborating with the Internal Stakeholders to identify requirements and ensure timely delivery. Coordination with respective Stakeholders to monitor strict adherence to the Procure to Pay (P2P) process and ensuring timely procurement of goods and services in accordance with the Fugro Purchase Process and Policy.
- Maintain and update Records of Cost Savings, P2P process, Advance Payments, Delivery Updates.
- Locate vendors of materials, equipment or supplies, and interview them in order to determine product availability and terms of sales.
- Represent company in negotiating contracts and formulating policies with suppliers.
- Process requisitions and purchase orders for Supplies, Services and Equipment.
- Control purchasing department budgets.
- Review purchase order claims and contracts for conformance to company policy.
- Analyze market and delivery systems in order to assess present and future material availability.
- Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in the development of specifications for equipment, products or substitute materials.
- Resolve vendor or contractor grievances, and claims against suppliers.
- Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding bids.
- Direct and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in buying, selling, and distributing materials, equipment, machinery, and supplies.
- Prepare reports regarding market conditions and merchandise costs.
- Administer online purchasing systems.
- Arrange for disposal of surplus materials.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years in Procurement
