  • Job Description
  • Design, implement, and support large-scale enterprise LAN, WAN, and WLAN environments with a strong focus on secure network access.
  • Lead the deployment, administration, and maintenance of distributed and highly available Aruba ClearPass environments.
  • Configure and manage authentication, authorization, endpoint profiling, posture assessment, and Network Access Control (NAC) policies.
  • Develop and maintain enterprise access policies using authentication sources, role mapping, enforcement policies, and enforcement profiles.
  • Perform lifecycle management activities including software upgrades, patching, system hardening, backup, and disaster recovery.
  • Troubleshoot complex authentication, authorization, and endpoint access issues across wired and wireless enterprise networks.
  • Develop automation scripts and integrate with Aruba ClearPass REST APIs to streamline operational tasks and reporting.
  • Provide technical leadership, documentation, and Level-3/Level-4 support for critical enterprise network access infrastructure.
  • Job Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of hands-on experience managing large-scale enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Strong expertise in routing and switching technologies, including enterprise Layer 2 and Layer 3 network troubleshooting.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Aruba ClearPass Policy Manager in distributed, clustered, and high-availability deployments.
  • Deep understanding of endpoint profiling, endpoint repositories, posture assessment (OnGuard), and device onboarding workflows.
  • Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization mechanisms including 802.1X, RADIUS, MAC Authentication (MAB), EAP methods, and role-based access control.
  • Proven experience integrating ClearPass with Active Directory, LDAP, PKI, Microsoft Entra ID, and other enterprise identity sources.
  • Experience performing ClearPass version upgrades, patch management, certificate management, and security hardening with minimal downtime.
  • Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languages with experience leveraging Aruba ClearPass REST APIs for automation.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics & Communication, or an equivalent discipline.
  • Aruba Certified ClearPass Professional (ACCP) or Aruba Certified ClearPass Expert (ACCX) certification is mandatory.
  • Aruba Certified ClearPass Expert (ACCX) certification will be highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise environments with thousands of authenticated wired and wireless endpoints.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex network access and security issues.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead technical discussions.
  • Ability to work independently, mentor junior engineers, and provide technical leadership for enterprise network access projects.
  • Additional certifications such as Aruba ACNP, Cisco CCNP Enterprise, or equivalent networking certifications will be considered an advantage.
