Role Overview

Orbit Analytics is looking for a hands-on AI-Driven Revenue Operations & Demand Generation Manager to build and scale our lead generation and revenue growth engine. This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role where you will own demand generation, marketing automation, revenue operations, CRM optimization, and AI-powered lead generation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns including LinkedIn, webinars, email marketing, events, ABM, and outbound programs.
  • Generate qualified leads and marketing-sourced pipeline for enterprise software solutions.
• Manage and optimize HubSpot and Salesforce. • Build AI-powered workflows for lead generation, enrichment, qualification, and nurturing
  • Leverage tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Clay, Zapier, Make, n8n, and AI Agents.
  • Manage Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Leadfeeder, and other GTM platforms.
  • Track campaign performance, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution.

Required Skills

  • 8–15 years of experience in Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, Growth Marketing, or Marketing Operations.
  • Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Experience using Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and Leadfeeder.
  • Expertise in marketing automation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, and ABM programs.
  • Experience building AI-powered workflows and automation systems.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Success Metrics

  • Improve MQL-to-SQL and SQL-to-Opportunity conversion rates.
  • Increase marketing contribution to revenue.
  • Improve CRM efficiency and data quality.
