Responsibilities
- Plan, develop, and execute test strategy across products and platforms.
- Analysing UTA Point - Weekly Sprint.
- Understanding the UTA Point FRD document and getting confirmation for queries with the product team
- Preparation of the team scheduled for UTA points.
- Guide team quality efforts towards successful project delivery.
- Provide technical and functional leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship.
- Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
- Identify and encourage areas for growth and improvement within the team.
- The UTA bug fixed reviews and live scenario identification.
- Ensure that defects are correctly captured, reviewed, prioritised, and assigned to resolve defects.
- Define quality metrics and implement measurements to determine test effectiveness and testing efficiency, and measure the overall quality of the product.
- Verify and review software and business requirements.
- Have responsibilities in the process of traceability of requirements through to functional tests and defect lists.
- Own the process of creating metrics to measure and monitor product performance.
- Establish, document, and enhance QA processes; train team members on those processes.
- Continually improve the testing infrastructure, tools, and processes.
