Lead MathWorks' Product Marketing organization in India, providing strategic vision and people leadership for multidisciplinary teams responsible for product positioning, go-to-market execution, customer engagement, and outbound marketing for MATLAB and Simulink. Partner with global Development, Product Management, Sales, Application Engineering, and Marketing leaders to drive customer adoption, business growth, and market impact. Develop and lead high-performing Product Marketing teams in Hyderabad and Bangalore, fostering organizational effectiveness, talent development, and alignment with global business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams of Product Marketers and Product Managers
• Drive customer-centric go-to-market initiatives for a variety of technology areas, including Agentic AI, Wireless Communications, Embedded Hardware Targeting, Automated Driving, and Analog-Mixed Signal
• Coach, mentor, and develop future leaders across the organization
• Foster collaboration between Global and India teams and improve operating effectiveness across regions
• Support executive communications, customer engagement programs, industry events, and strategic initiatives
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience with Management
• A bachelor's degree and 15 years of professional work experience (or equivalent experience) is required. 5 years management experience is required.
  
  

Additional Qualifications

• 5+ years leading technical, product marketing, product management, or customer-facing teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively across global organizations.
• Experience with simulation, AI, Model-Based Design, software development, or systems engineering workflows.
• MBA or advanced technical degree preferred.
