Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of AI professionals, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Drive the profitability and growth of the AI-Delivery department, ensuring efficient resource allocation and project management.
- Utilize your expertise in AI tools, Python, and Gen AI to develop and implement advanced AI solutions for clients.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and Gen AI, and incorporate them into our delivery processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI into various business processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their AI needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Oversee the development and deployment of AI agents, ensuring they meet client requirements and industry standards.
- Conduct research and stay informed about emerging AI trends and technologies, contributing to the company's knowledge base.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, maintaining the integrity of AI-related data.
- 16+ years of experience in the field of AI and related technologies.
- Expertise in AI tools, Python programming, and a strong background in Gen AI and AI agents.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a team of AI professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- A track record of successful AI project delivery and a deep understanding of AI-related business processes.
- Experience in driving P&L and managing the financial aspects of AI projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and innovate.
- A proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
- A relevant bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Certifications or additional qualifications in AI, machine learning, or data science are preferred.
