About the Role

We are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer / Senior Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio and expertise in branding, visual communication, typography, layout design, and digital marketing creatives.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Figma, with experience designing engaging content across digital and print platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create social media creatives, digital ads, website banners, carousel posts, and marketing campaigns.

- Design brochures, presentations, posters, flyers, and other digital and print marketing collaterals.

- Develop branding materials, brand identities, and visually compelling campaign concepts.

- Translate creative briefs into high-quality designs with strong typography, layouts, and visual storytelling.

- Design performance marketing creatives for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.

- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver creative projects within deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4–8+ years of experience in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Branding, or Creative Design.

- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva, or Figma.

- Strong understanding of typography, layout design, colour theory, visual hierarchy, and brand identity.

- Experience in social media design, digital advertising, marketing creatives, and print design.

- Ability to independently conceptualise and execute creative campaigns.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, attention to detail, and design versatility.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in EdTech, Education, Advertising, or Digital Marketing Agencies.

- Knowledge of Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or motion graphics.

- Experience with performance marketing creatives, brand guidelines, and visual storytelling.

Candidates based in Mumbai or willing to relocate are welcome.
