Job Summary

The Senior Executive - Human Resources will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on sales hiring and non-IT recruitment. This role requires a proactive approach to sourcing candidates, market mapping, and utilizing various databases and job portals to meet hiring needs.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Conduct volume hiring and headhunting to fulfill organizational staffing needs.
• Utilize market mapping techniques to identify potential candidates and assess market trends.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications and Requirements

• 2-6 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sales hiring and non-IT roles.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong knowledge of various recruitment tools, databases, and job portals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
