Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Executive – Accounts Payable with 3–5 years of experience in finance operations. The role involves managing vendor invoices, payment processing, reconciliations, compliance, and month-end activities while ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Accounts Payable operations, including invoice processing and employee reimbursements.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and company policies.
• Support month-end closing activities, accruals, and reporting.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits.
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, having MBA degree or equivalent.
• 3–5 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Accounting.
• SAP experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, vendor payments, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/accounting systems.
• Excellent analytical, reconciliation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
