Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain And Enhance Microsoft Exchange Features By Troubleshooting Issues, Resolving Ad-Hoc Requests, And Implementing Enhancements Based On Client Requirements And Technical Team Inputs.
2. Provide Client Support By Analyzing Data, Resolving Support Tickets, And Executing Daily Monitoring Activities To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Tasks While Adhering To Established Quality Standards.
3. Develop And Update Documentation For Cmmi Compliance And Meet Specific Client Requirements, Ensuring Clarity And Thoroughness In Technical Specifications.
4. Offer Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers, Fostering A Collaborative Environment And Promoting Best Practices In Microsoft Exchange Operations.
Skill Requirements
1. Strong Understanding Of Microsoft Exchange Administration And Troubleshooting Practices.
2. Familiarity With Coding Standards And Best Practices For Maintainable Code Development.
