To support our growing digital commerce business in India, we are hiring a Senior Executive E-commerce B2C Sales who will play a key role in driving B2C sales across major marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and others, and will be operating from our office in Noida.

As a Senior Executive E-commerce B2C Sales, you will own and drive the performance of McGraw Hill’s marketplace business. You will identify growth opportunities, plan and execute sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and marketplace partners to maximize visibility, conversions, and revenue. Your work will directly contribute to increasing market share and delivering strong return on investment across our e-commerce channels.

As a Senior Executive E-commerce B2C Sales, you will own and drive the performance of McGraw Hill’s marketplace business. You will identify growth opportunities, plan and execute sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and marketplace partners to maximize visibility, conversions, and revenue. Your work will directly contribute to increasing market share and delivering strong return on investment across our e-commerce channels.
What will you be doing?
- Drive sales growth and market share across key e-commerce platforms with a focus on efficiency and ROI
- Plan and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets aligned with business goals
- Build and manage strong relationships with marketplace teams and selling partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Manage demand forecasting, inventory planning, and execute promotional campaigns to drive sell-through
- Monitor and resolve issues related to piracy, counterfeit listings, and marketplace hygiene to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Operations to align on strategy and execution
- Work closely with finance and operations teams to ensure smooth processes across billing, supply, payments, returns, and reconciliation
- Track marketplace trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new growth opportunities
- A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree or certifications in marketing/analytics/management preferred)
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce, B2C/D2C sales, or business development
- Proven track record of driving online sales through marketplace platforms
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and their business models
- Experience in data analysis, market research, and building actionable growth plans
- Exposure to publishing, education, or edtech sectors is a plus
- Strong ownership mindset with a drive for results in a fast-paced environment
- Data-driven thinking with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach with the ability to identify and act on opportunities
- Comfortable managing campaigns, negotiations, and change initiatives
