Job Summary
JD Level 2 experience in relevant technology (CommVault) Experience Backup & Recovery administration – CommVault Hands on Experience Storage technology Dell ME Powervault Storage Should have hands on experience on Commvault Candidate should have minimum experience working on Windows Administration and Knowledge of Virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) Candidate should have good experience in Installation, configuration and support of backup and Disaster Recovery environments. Should have very good hands-on experience in Commvault backup & restore for VMs, file system, SQL database, Oracle DB, SAP backup configuration and Restore Certification will be added advantageous but not really necessary Modify and optimize backup schedules Improve automation and productivity of backups through scripting enhancements. Troubleshoot and resolve missed and failed Commvault backups Update Commvault policies & Good skills on performance optimization. Good knowledge of Commvault backup and Dell ME Power vault Storage Should possess excellent communication skills. Handling team/customer Escalations. Work on Problem Tickets providing Root Cause Analysis for sev1 cases within SLA. Willing to work on 24/7 Should have Minimum 7 years hands on experience in Backup technology.
