DESCRIPTION
Amazon is looking for a motivated individual for the profile of Operations Manager II to support sellers in AU (Australia). Role entails for managing day-to-day seller experience operations, executing established processes, and driving operational metrics within a defined scope. The individual will focus on BAU operations execution, seller performance management, lead or initiate program initiatives and independently manage AES stakeholders. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, data-driven, and capable of managing a team of Operations Executives to deliver consistent operational outcomes.

A day in the life
A day in the life
Execute daily seller experience operations including proactive/reactive calling, escalation management, and rescue management
Monitor and drive seller experience metrics (FDPS, LSR, CR, DEA, FOPS, C2P) within the assigned seller cohort
Manage D+1 rescue operations, holiday management, and contingency management to ensure customer promise adherence
Conduct daily performance deep dives and implement corrective actions for underperforming sellers

The team manages External fulfillment channels for Amazon India and seller side operations for emerging / ROW team. The team is responsible for performance, cost, quality and speed metrics. The team is structured regionally as well has a central team of Program Managers who drive critical initiatives.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of cross functional project delivery experience
- 2+ years of managing a large-scale operation with managing front line supervisors experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience developing and implementing new strategies and procedures
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of SQL and VBA
- Experience implementing change management successfully transitioning programs into large-scale operations
