Responsibilities

• Surveillance: Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates at Shri Sadguru Realty.
• Access Control: Manage access control by checking the identification of visitors and issuing passes as per Shri Sadguru Realty's security protocols.
• Incident Reporting: Report any suspicious activities, security breaches, or maintenance issues promptly to ensure immediate action and resolution.
• Emergency Response: Respond to alarms and emergencies, coordinate with local authorities if necessary, and follow established procedures to handle incidents effectively.
• Patrol Duties: Conduct regular patrols of the premises, both internally and externally, to maintain a visible security presence and deter potential threats.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and observations, ensuring comprehensive reporting for Shri Sadguru Realty’s records.
• Customer Service: Assist visitors and staff with inquiries, provide directions, and ensure a positive experience while upholding security protocols.
