Job Description:

We are seeking a highly capable SAP PP with QM Consultant with around 5 years of experience in full-cycle SAP ECC 6.0 implementations, rollouts, and support. The candidate will be responsible for driving production planning and quality management solutions, owning module design, collaborating with business teams, and delivering optimized processes for manufacturing operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Configure, implement, and support SAP PP and QM modules in ECC 6.0.

• Lead the design and optimization of production and quality workflows tailored to business needs.

• Manage and maintain master data (e.g., BOMs, Routings, Inspection Plans).

• Develop and support interfaces with 3rd party systems and workflow tools.

• Represent the SAP solution to business stakeholders and take ownership of module success.

• Work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in Agile settings.

• Provide subject matter expertise in automotive and engineering manufacturing processes.

• Conduct training, documentation, and user support.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• Expertise in SAP PP and QM in ECC 6.0.

• SAP PP: MRP, Work Center Scheduling, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control.

• SAP QM: Quality Planning, Quality Inspection, Notifications, Results Recording, Defects Management.

• Master Data Management: BOMs, Routings, Inspection Plans, Work Centers.

• Integration with MM, SD, and PM.

• Interface handling (IDoc, BAPI) and custom workflow familiarity.

• Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes.

• Agile methodology experience (Scrum/Kanban tools like Jira).

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Proactive individual collaborator and problem-solver.

GOOD TO HAVE:

• Exposure to SAP S/4HANA environments.

• SAP certification in PP/QM or relevant areas.

• BE/B.Tech in Production planning or SCM
