SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Configure Material Master, Customer, and Vendor data objects.
• Demonstrate expertise in configuring Material, Customer, and Supplier data.
• Lead business workshops independently to gather and document requirements.

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: The Senior Consultant serves as the primary point of contact between the Business and IT teams. This position works closely with the Master Data Department, Business Process Owners, and global SAP functional analysts to implement and support worldwide processes related to consolidation, planning, forecasting, and reporting.

Requirements

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

· Deliver SAP MM functional expertise to both Business and IT stakeholders.

· Oversee End-to-End Materials, Customer, and Vendor Master Data Management solutions, ensuring seamless cross-functional integration.

· Gather and analyze business requirements to align master data management processes accordingly.

· Convert Master Data processes into detailed solutions as outlined in the business cases.

· Configure the MM module, supervise solution performance, develop functional specifications, and provide guidance to developers.

· Maintain data enrichment and perform quality checks on master data.

· Evaluate system solution requirements to enhance business operations and boost productivity.

· Collaborate with cross-functional project teams across multiple geographic locations.

· Lead SAP client engagements by designing and implementing solutions focused on material master data.

· Build and sustain strong client relationships while mentoring junior team members to ensure successful project delivery.

· Stay updated with SAP’s latest innovations and engage in continuous learning to drive significant business transformations.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.

· SAP MM Certification.

Knowledge and Skills:

· At least 10 years of experience working with SAP MM.

· Proficiency in system design, configuration, customization, integration, testing, and support.

· Skilled in BTP, BAPI, User Exits, Export Rules, ABAP programming, and RFC connections.

· Participation in a minimum of 4 complete end-to-end SAP implementations focusing on material master data, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

· Over 8 years in a technical or functional leadership role, managing teams through at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.

· Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementations.

· Strong leadership, analytical, and communication abilities, with a capacity to work effectively across diverse cultures and backgrounds.
