Job Summary
As a SAP ABAP Technical Specialist, you will play a critical role in conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality solutions in alignment with client requirements and industry standards. Your expertise will guide the technical direction of projects, ensuring that both product development and sustenance delivery are executed effectively through the collaboration and enhancement of team skills. This position emphasizes strategic thinking, leadership, and a strong commitment to continuous improvement in SAP technologies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Architect, Design, And Develop Comprehensive Sap Abap Solutions For Product And Sustenance Delivery, Ensuring Alignment With Client Specifications And Project Standards.
2. Act As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) On Sap Abap, Providing Technical Guidance And Best Practice Recommendations To The Team And Stakeholders.
3. Ensure The Continuous Upgradation Of Knowledge By Exploring And Integrating New Sap Technologies, Maintaining The Relevance And Quality Of Solutions Delivered To Clients.
4. Facilitate Training And Mentorship For Team Members In Sap Abap, Promoting Skill Development To Enhance Team Capability And Mitigate Delivery Risks.
5. Gather And Analyze Project Specifications And Client Requirements To Deliver Tailored Sap Solutions That Effectively Address Business Challenges.
6. Conduct Thorough Reviews Of Project Deliverables To Guarantee Adherence To Quality Standards And Best Practices In Sap Abap Development.
7. Identify And Recommend Initiatives For Client Value Creation Through The Implementation Of Industry Best Practices In Sap Technologies, Driving Innovation And Efficiency.
Skill Requirements
1. Expert Knowledge In Sap Abap Programming And Development Methodologies.
2. Strong Understanding Of Ooabap And Sap Ui/Ux Principles.
3. Proficiency In Abap For S/4Hana And Related Sap Modules.
4. Ability To Design And Implement High-Quality Technical Solutions.
5. Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills.
Other Requirements
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Sap Certified Development Associate Abap With Sap Netweaver.
2. Sap Certified Technology Associate Sap S/4Hana.
