Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Representative, based in Surat. The Sales Representative will engage in generating leads, building strong client relationships, and managing the end-to-end sales process. Responsibilities will include identifying client needs, providing tailored solutions, delivering product presentations, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role requires maintaining records of customer interactions, market trends, and driving business growth.

Qualifications
- Fresher or
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, client relationship management, and customer service skills
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and deliver targeted solutions
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic computer applications
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Enthusiasm for renewable energy and sustainability solutions
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Previous sales experience in solar or LED lighting products is a strong advantage
