Sales Operations Coordinator - Level I

Job Summary
Supports sales operations and aftermarket business growth through sales reporting, customer engagement, market development activities, and data analysis. Responsible for supporting primary and secondary sales initiatives, maintaining relationships with retailers, fleets, reborers, and channel partners, conducting market visits, and providing sales insights through reporting and system administration. Works under close supervision while contributing to customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities Sales & Market Development
- Support primary and secondary sales activities to achieve business growth objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, fleet customers, reborers, and channel partners.
- Conduct regular market visits to understand customer requirements, market trends, and business opportunities.
- Support initiatives such as Mitwa and Reborer Connect programs to strengthen customer engagement and market penetration.
- Participate in retailer and fleet connect activities to enhance customer relationships and increase sales opportunities.
- Gather market intelligence and competitive information to support business planning and sales strategies.
Sales Operations & Reporting
- Generate and maintain sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using established procedures.
- Collect, consolidate, and validate sales and forecasting data from multiple sources.
- Support sales forecasting activities and provide inputs for business planning.
- Monitor sales performance and assist in identifying growth opportunities and improvement areas.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation within sales systems and business tools.
System Administration & Data Management
- Perform routine administration activities in sales and business systems such as CRM platforms, portals, and reporting tools.
- Review and validate user-entered data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support data maintenance activities and ensure adherence to established processes and procedures.
- Assist with system-based reporting and operational sales support activities.
Data Analysis & Business Insights
- Conduct sales and market analysis using internal and external data sources.
- Support research activities to identify new customer opportunities, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Gather and analyze competitive intelligence and market information.
- Assist in evaluating sales variances, projections, costing, and business performance metrics.
- Present findings and recommendations through reports and presentations to support data-driven decision-making.
Customer & Stakeholder Support
- Support communication and coordination between customers, sales teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders.
- Help develop customer-focused solutions by understanding customer requirements and market needs.
- Participate in customer engagement activities and support initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualifications
- Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in Business, Sales, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- High school diploma or equivalent experience as permitted by applicable regulations.

Technical & Functional Skills

- Knowledge of sales reporting, forecasting, and business analytics.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, sales portals, and reporting tools is preferred.

- This role may require compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Experience
- Minimal or no prior work experience required.
- Internship, project, or academic exposure to sales, customer service, business analysis, or market development activities is advantageous.
- Experience in aftermarket sales, channel sales, customer engagement, or market development is an added advantage.
