Key Responsibilities

  • Generate LAP business through DSA.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, brokers, and key channel partners.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned market.
  • Achieve monthly login, sanction, and disbursement targets.
  • Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with credit, legal, technical, and operations teams for timely processing and disbursement.
  • Ensure portfolio quality and adherence to company policies.
  • Track sales pipeline, prepare MIS reports, and maintain CRM records.
  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the loan lifecycle.
