We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Gold's Gym Fitness Institute. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales of our certificate courses, including fitness certifications, personal training certifications, and group fitness certifications.

Sales, Sales Representative, Telecalling, Telesales, Stakeholder Management

Sales and Revenue Growth

  • Certificate Course Sales: Generate new sales leads and convert them into sales, achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive certificate course sales, including promotional offers, discounts, and bundling.

Customer Engagement

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, answering queries, resolving issues, and promoting Gold's Gym Fitness Institute's services.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analysis to determine the best certificate courses for prospective customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers, ensuring a positive and memorable experience.

Sales Administration and Reporting

  • Sales Administration: Manage sales administration tasks, including data entry, lead management, and sales reporting.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports to the Sales Manager/Institute Head, highlighting sales performance, and identifying areas for improvement.

Requirements

  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or fitness industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and persuade customers.
  • Sales Skills: Proven sales skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the fitness industry, including fitness certifications, personal training, and group fitness.
