About the Role

This is a pure outbound lead generation role.

We're looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to build and grow our outbound sales pipeline.

Your role is to identify the right companies, research decision-makers, create personalized outbound campaigns, qualify prospects, and book meetings for our sales team.

You will not be responsible for closing deals, managing client relationships, running marketing campaigns, or customer success. Your success will be measured by the quality of the opportunities you generate and the pipeline you help build.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys research, understands outbound sales, and knows how to consistently create opportunities through thoughtful prospecting rather than mass outreach.

What You'll DoResearch & Prospecting
  • Research companies that match our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Identify high-potential accounts across the US, UK, Europe, Australia, and India.
  • Find and verify the right decision-makers, including Founders, CEOs, CTOs, CMOs, Marketing Directors, Product Leaders, and Growth teams.
  • Analyze companies, recent activities, funding, hiring trends, technology stack, and buying signals to identify strong sales opportunities.
  • Build and continuously prioritize high-quality target account lists.
Outbound Lead Generation
  • Build outbound pipelines from scratch using modern prospecting techniques.
  • Execute personalized outreach through cold email, LinkedIn, and cold calling.
  • Write highly personalized messages that address real business challenges instead of using generic templates.
  • Consistently generate qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up strategically to maximize response rates while maintaining a low no-show rate.
Pipeline Management
  • Qualify prospects before handing them over to the sales team.
  • Keep CRM records accurate and organized.
  • Track outreach performance and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline.
  • Ensure every opportunity passed to sales is well-researched and sales-ready.
Continuous Improvement
  • Analyze reply rates, meeting rates, and conversion metrics.
  • Continuously improve messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies.
  • Work closely with the founders to refine outbound processes and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Experiment with new prospecting methods, tools, and messaging to improve results.

You'll regularly speak with Founders, CEOs, CTOs, CMOs, Marketing Directors, and other business leaders. You know how to earn their attention by leading with relevant business problems instead of immediately pitching services.

You enjoy researching companies, industries, buying signals, and decision-makers. You believe that strong research creates better conversations and better opportunities.

You prioritize quality over quantity.

You'd rather generate ten highly qualified opportunities than send a thousand generic emails. Every prospect should have a clear reason to hear from us.

Senior buyers ignore generic outreach. You know how to personalize your messaging, find unique conversation starters, and continuously test new approaches.

You understand pipeline building.

You're comfortable creating outbound systems from scratch, prioritizing target accounts, qualifying leads, and maintaining a predictable pipeline.

You're persistent and organized.

You understand that outbound success comes from consistent follow-up, disciplined execution, and maintaining clean CRM records.

You're data-driven.

You regularly review reply rates, meeting rates, conversion rates, and campaign performance to improve your outreach instead of repeating what isn't working.

You take ownership.

You don't wait for instructions. You proactively identify opportunities, solve problems, and contribute ideas that improve the outbound process.

Experience Required
  • 3–5+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or Outbound Sales Representative.
  • Proven experience generating qualified outbound leads for a digital agency or B2B service business.
  • Experience working in an early-stage startup, agency, or other fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success building outbound sales pipelines from scratch.
  • Experience selling to companies in the US, UK, Europe, Australia, or India.
  • Proven ability to consistently book qualified meetings with senior decision-makers.
  • Ability to work independently and contribute with minimal onboarding.
Must-Have Skills
  • Strong experience in pure outbound lead generation.
  • Excellent cold calling skills and confidence speaking with C-level executives.
  • Strong cold email and LinkedIn outreach experience.
  • Exceptional research and account prospecting skills.
  • Experience identifying buying signals and qualifying leads.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication.
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales methodology.
  • Ability to personalize outreach at scale without compromising quality.
  • Experience using CRM systems and maintaining accurate pipeline data.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where priorities evolve quickly.
Nice to Have
  • Experience selling Webflow development, website design, branding, UI/UX, software development, or other digital agency services.
  • Experience targeting SaaS companies, funded startups, technology businesses, and high-growth organizations.
  • Familiarity with modern account-based outbound sales strategies.
  • Experience using automation responsibly while maintaining highly personalized outreach.
