As a Front Line Sales employee in Bancassurance channel, you will network with assigned channel partner teams to build win-win business relationship and ensure high performance by selling life insurance products.

What are we looking for?

Integrity and passion to perform are the two most important traits that will define your success in this role. In addition, good verbal & written communication and ability to influence are a must.

What does the job entail?

It is a field job. You will have to travel within the assigned location to meet channel partner teams and customers.

You will be evaluated on your ability to meet the business targets (Top line, Persistency, Product mix) by collaborating with and driving channel partners.

You will also accompany the channel partner teams on pre and post sales such as claim settlement.

HDFC Life believes in technology driven sales and you will learn new technology/Mobility enhancements, to comply with the Sales Management Process.

As a business professional you will uphold organizational values in every action and ensure business ethics and integrity. You are expected to be compliant to regulatory and statutory regulations.

About the channel

Bancassurance is the largest sales channel of HDFC Life which includes selling life insurance through Bancassurance partners like HDFC Bank.

With its vision to be the highest performing Bancassurance channel in the industry, the team has its presence in 400+ locations in the country.

Essential Qualification

Age: 21 - 38 years

Education: Graduation in any stream

Minimum Sales Experience: 6 months to 4 years
