Position : Sales Co-Ordinator

Reports to : Sr. General Manager

Location : Baroda

Minimum Years of Experience : 3 Years

Maximum Years of Experience : 6 Years

Minimum Qualifications : Graduate in any discipline

Preferred Qualifications : B. Com / B. Sc & Computer course (knowledge of working on Excel, Word and CRM)

Type of Work Experience Required (Mandatory) * : Quotation preparation, Tender/Bid Preparation and submission, Scrutinizing documents for correctness

Type of Work Experience Required (Preferred) * : Co-ordination with sales and Registering orders in the system, Payment follow-up

Responsibilities :

  • Preparing Quotations
  • Order processing
  • Payment / Outstanding follow up
  • Should have knowledge of tender preparation and manual/online submission
  • Co-ordination of sales activities like seminars, exhibitions, etc.
  • Should have basic knowledge of commercial terms
  • To communicate with internal sales / service team, vendors and customers
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Finance team
  • Customer/vendor registration in FOCUS/ERP
  • Keep track of order bookings and pending items to supply to the customer
