  • Expertise in a broad base of core materials: chemical engineering / process expertize , Material science, Inorganic, coating techniques, Electro chemistry etc.,
  • Strong knowledge of materials chemistry/ceramics and Electro Chemistry
  • Hands on experience knowledge on various analytical materials characterization techniques such as EIS, ICP, SEM and Optical Microscopies and Surface Techniques like XPS tec.,
  • Willingness to learn and share the knowledge, quick grasping abilities.
  • Attention to details and quality of work.
  • Should have hands-on approach towards research and be proactive.
  • Independent research abilities with minimal supervision, good at decision-making.
  • Meticulous in prioritizing, planning and execution.
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams, agile mindset.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to write technical reports/memos/manuscripts.
  • Proficient in MS office.
