- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and promote technology products and services.
- Identify and qualify leads based on predefined criteria to support the sales pipeline.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow established scripts and guidelines while adapting communication style to suit diverse client needs.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with current campaigns.
- Provide timely feedback on customer responses and market trends to improve outreach strategies.
- Attend training sessions and performance reviews to enhance communication and sales techniques.
- Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and a positive attitude during all customer interactions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- 0–2 years of relevant experience; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in spoken and written English; basic proficiency in Gujarati is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and active listening skills with the ability to handle objections professionally.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or similar platforms is preferred.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote or hybrid operations.
- Ability to work independently, meet daily targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and take constructive feedback positively.
