As a Remote Center (RC) L1 Operator, you will be at the frontline of real‑time monitoring and operational control for wind farms within the Remote Center’s scope. You will ensure smooth, safe, and compliant operations by evaluating alarms, coordinating maintenance activities, and supporting process improvements. Your role requires focus, clear communication, and the ability to work under pressure while making timely operational decisions.

You will be part of the Remote Center Operations team, working in a fast‑paced environment that supports wind farm operations 24/7. While you will collaborate closely with team members and stakeholders, this position has no direct team leadership responsibilities. How You’ll Make An Impact
- Real‑time monitoring and control of wind farms under Remote Center scope.
- Evaluation of alarms and anomalies and execution of required actions.
- Execution of curtailments requested by the Grid Operator and management of emergency stoppages.
- Coordination of on‑site maintenance activities with local teams.
- Remote operation of electrical substations and carrying out regular status reviews.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to operations, tools, processes, and methodology.
- Detect and report system or process deviations to relevant managers.
- Support stakeholders with Root Cause Analysis and other operational analysis activities.
- Provide operational validation of IT tools during testing phases.
- Technical educational background.
- Knowledge and/or experience in WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) operation processes.
- WTG technical knowledge (desired).
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Problem‑solving skills with a structured and autonomous work approach.
- Team‑oriented mindset.
- English proficiency: Advanced (minimum B2).
