  • Portfolio Quality: Ensure the overall health and quality of the loan book through diligent monitoring and risk management.
  • Customer Service & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of customer experience and ensure strict adherence to regulatory and compliance norms.
  • Digital Adoption: Embrace and advocate the use of digital tools and platforms to drive efficiency and enhance customer engagement.
  • Team Development: Lead by example—groom, mentor, and support team members to achieve their professional goals and business objectives.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with colleagues across different business verticals to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities.
